Why we founded Analytics in HR
Having observed the astronomical appetite for HR analytics we identified a need for a community where HR analytics experts, beginners and enthusiast can come together and share knowledge and (success) stories. Our goal with the Analytics in HR blog is to enable knowledge sharing amongst community members and act as a catalyst for HR analytics in general.
As we strongly believe in the power of a community we actively encourage community members to contribute to the community and share their knowledge by writing guest posts.
How we make money
We help HR professionals and data experts to get started with analytics through our HR Analytics Academy. We offer online courses for individuals and companies. For more information about our in-company offering, please contact Nando at email@example.com
We also leverage our extensive knowledge of the market to help organizations find the right analytics software and help them implement these solutions. David Green - Advisory, Speaking and Consulting
David Green is a globally recognised and respected influencer, speaker, writer and advisor on people analytics, data-driven HR and the future of work. David has spoken at and/or chaired conferences in 25+ cities around the globe over the last 18 months including Sydney, London, Paris, Singapore, New York, San Francisco, Moscow, Helsinki, Amsterdam and Berlin.
Additionally, David also works closely with people analytics teams and senior HR leaders throughout the world. In combination, this gives David a unique perspective and insight into what's working, what's not, and what's forthcoming in the field of people analytics.

David has accumulated close to 20 years experience in the human resources and talent management space, including most recently for IBM. He has developed deep knowledge in people analytics, digital HR and talent acquisition having undertaken a breadth of roles covering sales, consulting and solutions design.
